Who is Zero Time Aircraft Corporation?

Zero Time Aircraft has been in the business since 2006. We are a recognized custom airframe components developer and fabricator for the UAV industry. We have amassed seven years of experience in designing, developing, and fabricating complex aircraft assemblies. Continuing on this path, we are now channeling this wealth of expertise into the field of general aviation. In doing so, we have also identified several additional business opportunities that we believe are not sufficiently served.

In the pilot training industry, there is a need for a modern, well-equipped, training aircraft. Brand name manufacturers make several models of such an aircraft, however; acquisition costs are prohibitive for many flight schools. We address this by offering remanufactured, zero-timed aircraft, configured to the exacting requirements of our customers. We aim to deliver these aircraft at savings approaching 40% under the cost of similarly equipped new models. While working closely with our UAV customers, we are constantly refining our designs, addressing the importance of serviceability, and its impact on ongoing operating costs. We port this knowledge into our remanufacturing business. Our customers immediately benefit from the lower acquisition cost of our aircraft, and they will continue to benefit from lower ongoing operating and maintenance costs.

For general aviation industry, we have identified a need for affordable, purpose-designed-and-built, portable, ground-support, aircraft handling equipment, and accessories. Our first offering, the Z-Tug(TM), is a lightweight, portable, electric, tow bar, sold as a kit, which includes all the necessary cross-country, tie-down, accessories.

We are avid pilots ourselves, and we are committed to see our industry grow. We firmly believe in opportunities locked up in the aging aircraft fleet. With a judicious selection, these aircraft can be remanufactured to a virtually new condition, and unlock the potential for prospective buyers to buy, like new, aircraft at a deep discount.
